Ragan on racing at Infineon Raceway:
“Sonoma has been a track that I’ve really worked hard at getting better. I feel as if I’m better prepared now than I have been in the last couple years. I spent some time out at Sonoma last week practicing and trying to get familiar with the course. Our road course program is as good as it’s ever been and I’ve got high expectations going into this weekend.”
Crew chief Drew Blickensderfer on racing at Infineon Raceway:
“Road course racing is all about staying on the road, taking care of your transmission and getting good fuel mileage. David tested a late-model out there last week which went well and I think it will really help our efforts this weekend.”
* Ragan spent a few days last week at Infineon Raceway in a late model familiarizing himself with the 1.99-mile road course. Sunday’s race will mark Ragan’s fifth Sprint Cup Series start at Infineon.
