Trevor Bayne on racing at Texas: “I am pulling double duty again this weekend, so I will be extremely focused on running well in both series. We ran ok at Texas in the spring, so I am ready to get on the race track and try to make something special happen this weekend. That first Nationwide win has eluded us all year but we have been very close at times. I think Texas sets up nicely for what we want to accomplish. We are going to be aggressive with our race strategy and setup and hope for the best. Chad has been staying on me these past few weeks about being aggressive and letting it all hang out because we only have three races.”

Crew chief Chad Norris on racing at Texas: “I told Trevor we need to race with a sense of urgency these last three weeks. It is hard to win one of these things, so we are going to do our best to put Trevor in a position to succeed this weekend. We have been working hard on our intermediate program and I am confident we will be up to the challenge at Texas.”
