    Weekend schedule for New Hampshire

    This weekend the NASCAR Cup Series and Xfinity Series headline the action at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. The Camping World Truck Series is off until July 23 at Pocono Raceway.

    The NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour will also compete, closing out Saturday’s events with the Whelen 100.

    Kevin Harvick leads all of the Cup Series active drivers with four wins at the 1.058-mile oval track in 2006, 2016, 2018 and 2019. Denny Hamlin, Kurt Busch and Kyle Busch have three victories each. Brad Keselowski and Joey Logano, have been to victory lane twice at New Hampshire and Aric Almirola is the defending race winner.

    There are seven races remaining in the regular season. Thirteen drivers have already clinched a spot in the Playoffs with wins, leaving only three open spots.

    None of the active Xfinity Series drivers have won at New Hampshire and there are only nine races left to qualify for the 12-driver field in the Playoffs.

    Seven Xfinity Series drivers have won this season and all but one has multiple wins. Ty Gibbs leads with four wins while AJ Allmendinger, Justin Allgaier, Noah Gragson, Josh Berry and Austin Hill have each won twice. Brandon Jones has been to victory lane once.

    Weekend Schedule for Atlanta and Mid-Ohio

    The NASCAR Cup Series and Xfinity Series return to Atlanta Motor Speedway this weekend for the second time this season as the Camping World Truck Series travels to the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course for the first time ever. The ARCA Menards Series will also compete at Mid-Ohio Friday evening.

    Practice and qualifying for the Truck Series is set for Friday. There is no practice scheduled for the Cup or Xfinity Series. Qualifying for the Xfinity Series will take place Saturday at 10:05 a.m. followed by Cup Series qualifying at 11:35 a.m.

    Thirteen Cup Series drivers have won races so far this year, including five first-time winners. This leaves only three open spots in the Playoffs with eight races remaining in the regular season.

    There are five open spots remaining in the Xfinity Series Playoffs Seven drivers have secured their place by virtue of wins including Ty Gibbs, AJ Allmendinger, Justin Allgaier, Noah Gragson, Josh Berry, Brandon Jones and Austin Hill.

    The Truck Series race this weekend at Mid-Ohio is the last race in the Triple Truck Challenge and the last opportunity to earn the $50,000 bonus.

    There are only two races left in the Truck Series regular-season and five open spots in the Playoffs. As a result, at least three spots will be determined by points.

    Weekend schedule for Road America

    The NASCAR Cup Series and Xfinity Series head to Road America for the Fourth of July weekend as the Camping World Truck Series takes a week off.

    After Chase Elliott’s win at Nashville, he now has a 30-point advantage in the driver standings over Ross Chastain. He also returns to the 4.048-mile, 14-turn road course, as the defending race winner.

    There have been 12 Xfinity Series races at Road America and 12 different winners. Cup Series driver, Kyle Busch, is the defending race winner but will not participate in this weekend’s race. There are only three past Xfinity Series Road America winners who are entered in the event this weekend – AJ Allmendinger (2013), Jeremy Clements (2017) and Justin Allgaier (2018).

    There are, however, six Cup Series drivers who will compete in both the Cup and Xfinity Series races. The list includes AJ Allmendinger, Ty Dillon, Josh Bilicki, Cole Custer, Tyler Reddick and Kyle Larson.

    Weekend schedule for Nashville

    NASCAR travels to Nashville Superspeedway for a full weekend of competition. The unique 1.33-mile D-shaped oval is the longest concrete surface track on this year’s schedule.

    Last year was the first trip to Nashville for the Cup Series and the race was won by Kyle Larson who led 264 of the 300 laps. This season has produced 12 different Cup Series winners with 10 races remaining in the regular season. This leaves only four available spots for the post-season Playoffs.

    The Xfinity Series returned to Nashville in 2021 after a 10-year break with Cup Series driver Kyle Busch taking the checkered flag. Greg Biffle won the inaugural Xfinity Series race at Nashville, his first win in the series, in 2001.

    There are only three races left in the Camping World Truck Series regular season. Five drivers have qualified for the Playoffs, leaving five open spots to be filled in those three races. This means that a minimum of two spots will be secured by points. Ryan Preece, running a part-time schedule, is the defending race winner.

    Weekend schedule for Sonoma

    The NASCAR Cup Series and the Camping World Truck Series travel to the 1.99-mile road course at Sonoma Raceway this weekend. The Xfinity Series is off and will return to competition at Nashville Superspeedway on June 25.

    There are five active drivers who have won at Sonoma led by Martin Truex Jr. with three wins in 2013, 2018 and 2019. Kyle Busch has won twice (2008,2015). Kurt Busch (2011), Kevin Harvick (2017) and Kyle Larson (2021) have each been to victory lane once.

    Fred Warner, San Francisco All-Pro 49er linebacker, will lead the Cup Series field to the green flag as the honorary pace car driver for the Toyota/Save Mart 350.

    The Camping World Truck Series has competed only four times at Sonoma, from 1995 to 1998. Boris Said was the most recent winner. None of the drivers on this weekend’s entry list have competed in a Truck Series event at Sonoma.

    However, seven of the drivers entered in the Truck Series race have made Cup Series starts, including Todd Bodine, Alex Bowman, Kyle Busch, Ross Chastain, Matt DiBenedetto, Austin Dillon and Parker Kligerman.

    This weekend the NASCAR Cup Series will make its debut at World Wide Technology Raceway at Gateway before a sold-out crowd. The Camping World Truck Series will join them for the series’ 22nd race at the 1.25-mile paved oval.

    There are only five open spots available for the 2022 Cup Series Playoffs. Denny Hamlin, William Byron and Ross Chastain are the only drivers with multiple wins in the series, with two victories each.

    The Xfinity Series will travel to Portland International Raceway, a 1.97-mile paved road course, for the first time, and NASCAR has instituted new caution and pit road procedures for this race as seen below.*

    There have been 19 different Truck Series race winners at Gateway. But only one former winner, John Hunter Nemechek (2017), is entered in Saturday’s Toyota 200.

    Weekend schedule for Charlotte

    NASCAR heads to Charlotte Motor Speedway on Memorial Day weekend for the 63rd running of the Cup Series Coca-Cola 600 Sunday evening.

    The racing action begins Friday when the ARCA Menards Series and the Camping World Truck Series take to the track and continue Saturday with the Xfinity Series Alsco Uniforms 300.

    The weekend is also an opportunity for NASCAR to honor and remember those who have served or are now serving in our military with the NASCAR Salutes program that concludes with the 600 Miles of Remembrance.

    This year NASCAR is also debuting the NASCAR Salutes Wall of Honor mural that will allow fans to write messages on magnets that will be added to the mural to create a mosaic that will be donated to a military base.

    The NASCAR Cup Series and the Camping World Truck Series head to Kansas Speedway this weekend while the Xfinity Series enjoys a week off from competition.

    Saturday afternoon the ARCA Menards Series will kick things off with the Dutch Boy 150 at 2 p.m. followed by the Truck Series Heart of America 200 at 8 p.m. The Cup Series will close out the racing activities Sunday at 3 p.m. with the AdventHealth 400.

    Denny Hamlin, Kevin Harvick and Joey Logano lead all active Cup Series drivers with three wins each at Kansas.

    Crafton is the only active driver in the Truck Series this weekend that has been to victory lane at Kansas. And if the past is any indication, it’s almost anyone’s race to win. In 23 races, there have been 19 different race winners.

    This week NASCAR travels to Darlington Raceway for the fan-favorite Throwback Weekend featuring special paint schemes and activities that pay tribute to NASCAR tradition.

    Hall of Fame members Richard Petty, Bobby Labonte and Bill Elliott will help set the mood and share their expertise as they join the FOX Sports broadcast team during the Cup Series Goodyear 400.

    Petty will join Mike Joy and Clint Bowyer during Stage 1, followed by Labonte during Stage 2 while Elliott will be in the booth for the final stage.

    Weekend schedule for Dover

    This weekend the NASCAR Cup Series and the Xfinity Series travel to the one-mile concrete paved oval of Dover Motor Speedway, aptly nicknamed, the Monster Mile.

    Kyle Busch, Kevin Harvick and Martin Truex Jr. lead all active Cup Series drivers with three previous wins at the track. Chase Elliott leads the driver standings by a margin of 21 points but is still searching for his first win of the season.

    The Xfinity Series Dash 4 Cash program continues at Dover. Noah Gragson, last week’s winner at Talladega Superspeedway, has the best average finish of 9.7 at Dover. He’ll be competing against AJ Allmendinger, Ryan Sieg and Landon Cassill for the $100,000 prize.

    The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series is off this weekend but returns to competition at Darlington Raceway on May 6.
